Ensure your device runs at least iOS 17 or Android 11, update software, clear browsing data, try Wi-Fi and data, use app or mobile site, and restart device.
For all Android and IOS devices, make sure your OS is up to date (at least IOS 17 and higher and Android 11) and no software updates are pending. You can also try the following:
- Clear your browsing data
- Try the video on both Wi-Fi and Data
- Try both the mobile site and the app (if you can download app)
- Restart your device
