Capital OTB offers free Past Performances for members through its Members Area.
How to access Past Performances
- Visit the Capital OTB Handicapping page.
- Find Past Performances and select Launch.
- Sign in to the Members Area using your email address and password.
You can also go directly to the Capital OTB Members Area.
